Job description

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 40 hours/week

Start date: As soon as possible

Job requirements

Language required – English

Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, or equivalent

Experience – 3 years to less than 5 years

Ability to Supervise more than 20 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility

Address customers' complaints or concerns

Valid driver’s license, own transportation is an asset

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Meeting restaurant financial and strategic objectives, establishing and monitoring financial control, initiating corrective actions, and establishing community relationships.

Attracting customers through the execution of marketing strategies, community programs, exceptional guest experience, identifying and tracking changing demands, and evaluating strategy results.

Monitoring and maintaining the company’s policies and procedures, government regulations, and customer satisfaction.

Using planning and projection tools to ensure smooth production at the restaurant

Cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling during shifts

Ensuring Health, Safety, and Security codes are met and followed Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff.
