Job Description:

- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to

determine the layout of industrial electrical equipment installations

- Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders,

fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components

- Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and

resistance

- Maintain, repair, install and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators and

reactors

- Maintain, repair, test, and install electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage

batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems

- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other

related devices

- Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records

- May install, maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices

Requirements:

-Language: Intermediate English (Must be able to understand and Communicate.)

-Minimum Years of experience: Minimum of 2 years.

-Driver’s License: No.

-Education: High School. Completion of a four- or five-year industrial electrician apprenticeship

program or a combination of over five years of work experience in the trade and some high

school, college, or industry courses in industrial electrical equipment may be required.

-Hours: 8 / Day Shift: 6-2:30 pm M-F

-Salary: $36.26 Per Hour.

Job Description:

 

       Install, repair or replace shingles, shakes, and other roofing tiles on sloped

       roofs of buildings

       Install sheet metal flashings

       Install and repair eavestrough, soffit, fascia

       Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools

       Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs

       Set-up property for shingle replacement

       Carry shingle debris to disposal bins

       Ensure job site is meticulously cleaned

       Install Skylights and Sun Tunnels

Requirements:

 

- Education: Completion of secondary school is required

- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the trade is required. If the candidate doesn’t have at least 3 years of experience, then a post-secondary certificate is required.

- Familiarity with all types of roofing, such as tile, shingles, and metal is an asset

- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs

- Must be able to use nail gun/ compressors

Benefits: Company vehicles might be provided depending on experience. Employers will purchase 4 bedroom homes in each location and provide them with a place to stay it will cost around 500 - 800 CAD per month

Tools and machinery: Tools provided at no cost and safety equipment. They are responsible for the tools if something happens they will have to replace them at their own cost. Power tools will be provided if needed but workers will have to reimburse the company via payroll deduction.

Uniforms are provided at no cost. They will get new uniforms every week

  • Operate power vibrator to compact concrete
  • Level top surface of concrete according to grade and depth specifications using straightedge or float
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete
  • Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure the surface of the concrete
