The Day to Day: The success of our customers is priority number one. As part of the service team, you will diagnose and repair all systems on our agricultural equipment such as tractors, combines, sprayers and seeders including electronic and diesel engines, manual and automated transmissions, front and rear suspension, electrical, driveline, HVAC, hitch and cab/interior among others We try to limit the downtime. You will perform preventative maintenance such as changing filters, testing of batteries, making adjustments to the brake system and clutch components and lubricating moving parts of equipment Keeping our customers informed is important and they want to know when they will be back to work. Who You Are: You possess a Heavy Equipment Journeyman Certificate and consider yourself an expert in your craft and on the tools of the trade including electronic diagnostic equipment You have a deep understanding of troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining equipment and a real passion for creative problem solving to tackle those rare and unusual issues Are you someone who cares about the quality of your work?
