The Day to Day: The success of our customers is priority number one. As part of the service team, you will diagnose and repair all systems on our agricultural equipment such as tractors, combines, sprayers and seeders including electronic and diesel engines, manual and automated transmissions, front and rear suspension, electrical, driveline, HVAC, hitch and cab/interior among others We try to limit the downtime. You will perform preventative maintenance such as changing filters, testing of batteries, making adjustments to the brake system and clutch components and lubricating moving parts of equipment Keeping our customers informed is important and they want to know when they will be back to work. Strong communication and accurately recording all work done for our customers helps move them forward Building positive relationships is part of our DNA and we’re dedicated to providing the best customer service and that starts with you
Who You Are: You possess a Heavy Equipment Journeyman Certificate and consider yourself an expert in your craft and on the tools of the trade including electronic diagnostic equipment You have a deep understanding of troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining equipment and a real passion for creative problem solving to tackle those rare and unusual issues Are you someone who cares about the quality of your work? Of course, you are. You are meticulous and it shows in your work ethic when you check and double check the job and keep detailed notes your completed work “What you do when no one is around” is your definition of integrity and you strive to do the job right the first time, even under pressure You are highly motivated and have the ability to manage several priorities at the same time in a dynamic work environment
