Job Duties:

Specifics to your future position of Food Counter Attendant and Food Preparer will include:
-opening and closing duties in Food Services
-always following food safe practices (on-the-job training)
-using appliances such as hot plates, ovens, hot dog rollers and grills in food preparation
-portioning, assembling, and plating food for customer pickup at the pick-up window
-preparing sandwiches and soups in the kitchen to fulfill orders
-preparing and pouring coffee, tea, and other specialty hot drinks

-plating of single serve baking to fulfill orders
-product inventory counts
-maintaining a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift

-following our recipes precisely to ensure consistent product quality.
-Take customers' orders
-Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
-Use deep fryer, grill, oven, dispensers and other equipment to prepare fast food items such as sandwiches, hamburgers, fries, salads, ice cream dishes, milkshakes and other beverages
-Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
-Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties
-Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
-Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
-May receive payment for food items purchased.
