Job Duties

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets

Job requirements

• Excellent English Skills
• University/College degree

Experience 

• More than 3 years as a Foodservice supervisor/Manager from an Internationally recognized Fast-Food Chain (Ie: Jollibee’s, McDonald's, KFC, Burger King)
• Ability to Supervise -5-10 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility
• Additional Skills: Can train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and guest recovery techniques

Terms of employment: 

• Permanent, Full time 32 to 40 hours/week
• Start date: As soon as possible, 42 locations in BC

Job Duties:

• Take customers' orders
• Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
• Use deep fryer, grill, oven, dispensers and other equipment to prepare fast food items such as sandwiches, hamburgers, fries, salads, ice cream dishes, milkshakes and other beverages
• Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
