Job Duties

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish work schedules and procedures
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets

Job requirements

Experience

More than 3 years as a Foodservice supervisor/Manager from an Internationally recognized Fast-Food Chain (Ie: Jollibee’s, McDonald's, KFC, Burger King)
Ability to Supervise -5-10 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility
Additional Skills: Can train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and guest recovery techniques

Terms of employment:

Permanent, Full time 32 to 40 hours/week
Start date: As soon as possible, 42 locations in BC

Employment conditions: Shifts can be: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Night (12 pm to 8 am)
