  • Supervise kitchen helpers

  • Perform opening and closing procedures

Full time 32 hrs per week

Duties:

  • Installing including rough-in (first fix) of a variety of Split AC systems, Rooftop condensers and associated AC systems   
  • Equipment Start Up’s – general HVAC, controls and hydronic, service support and warranty work on all installations
  • Testing, inspecting installed systems and troubleshooting control issues
  • Carrying out refurbishment work due to breakdown or maintenance inspections
  • Providing accurate feedback information including completing test sheets, routine rounds inspection sheets and work dockets containing durations of maintenance activities and observations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • HVAC  for 3 years and Refrigeration /Journeyman Cert. training an asset
  • Experience trouble-shooting and servicing HVAC equipment and controls
  • Willing to complete training in relevant areas as needed
  • Required experience: HVAC: 3 years
  • Trade certification for refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics is compulsory
