Job duties:
- Welcome clients and explain the list of services and products offered as well as upsell as required
- Consult with clients to assess their requirements, make informed recommendations and explain services, assist them to select appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction at all times
- Give facial and other body treatments using specialized products and techniques as per required treatments selected
- Perform skincare services as per clients needs
- Train new hires on the company’s services and products to ensure every employee upholds the quality levels expected as well transfer skills to new employees
- Sell additional products and services in a simple but professional manner to enable clients to maintain their skincare routine at home and Provide customers with incentives to return
- Provide pedicures and manicures as well as paint nails to color specified
- Remove body and facial hair
- Tint eyelashes and eyebrows as well as apply extensions
- Maintain a clean spa treatment at all times
- Ensure work areas are clean and tidy, equipment is sanitized and treat clients in a courteous, professional and empathetic manner.
- Checking in and out clients and if necessary re-book appointments as well as take payments as times
- Use mechanical and electrical apparatuses and devices to perform procedures on feet and hands

- Basic English is required
- Must have experience doing Gel Nails
