Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- May clean kitchen and work area
- May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- May train kitchen staff.
- Have experience in Chinese cooking equipment, for example, wok.
- Knife skills for prep vegetables, poultry, and meats.
- Handling of deep fryers and griddles.

- Be able to prioritize tasks as required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial cooking experience or Completion of college or other programs in cooking
- Experience in Asian restaurants is an asset
Wage Offered: 16.00 CAD/hour
